From a bus stop at 17 to $55k a month at 21.
At 17 I dropped out of high school. My mom kicked me out, my dad wouldn’t take me in, and I spent that winter sleeping at bus stops with nothing but a phone.
I worked fast food from 5pm to 3am for $500 a week, then cold called hundreds of people a day trying to learn sales. Six months of that for zero dollars, until one broker finally said yes. Five hundred bucks. It wasn’t triumph, it was relief.
Then one call changed everything. Instead of pitching another $500 setup, I asked a qualified buyer for $5,000 upfront and he wired it that day. It was never about working harder. It was what I sold, who I sold it to, and how big the ticket was.
I went all in on high-ticket, won the Skool Games at 19, and today I close and build sales teams for 9-figure founders. Last month I collected $55,871, and I’ll be honest: only $3,400 of it was from coaching. The rest I made on the phone. I teach because I need more closers, not instead of closing.
From my first high-ticket sale to a $55k month was 27 months. A bachelor’s takes 48.
